INVIS CYCLING
Bicycle Repair, Inspection & Maintenance Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services
   INVIS CYCLING provides bicycle repair, maintenance, and related technical services, including but not limited to: cleaning, brake adjustment, gear adjustment, wheel alignment, chain replacement, etc.
2. Pricing Policy
   All service prices are calculated in Hong Kong dollars and are determined based on the complexity of the items and procedures. INVIS CYCLING reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Inspection Fee
   All bicycles inspected by technicians, even if no repairs are carried out, are subject to an inspection fee starting from HKD 150. By making an appointment, the customer agrees to the shop's fee arrangement.
4. Final Fee Explanation
   During the repair and maintenance process, unforeseen additional items or issues may arise. The final fee will be based on the actual completed repair items. The shop will try to notify the customer and obtain consent during the process.
5. Maintenance Statement
   The shop does not provide any express or implied warranties for repair services. Customers should inspect the bicycle immediately upon collection and report any issues immediately.
6. Parts Wear and Responsibility
   The shop will handle each repair with care, but if minor scratches, natural wear, or aging occur during installation or disassembly, no compensation will be provided. If the customer has special requirements, please raise them before the repair.
7. Customer Responsibility
   Customers must provide accurate bicycle conditions and repair needs. The shop is not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided.
8. Post-Repair Storage Arrangement
   After the repair is completed, customers must collect the bicycle within 7 days. If overdue, the shop has the right to charge storage fees or handle it at its discretion.
9. Liability Limitation
   INVIS CYCLING is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by repair services, including but not limited to: overall bicycle damage, parts damage, functional failure, appearance wear (such as scratches, color changes, sticker peeling), personal injury, or financial loss. The shop will handle each repair with care, but if the above situations occur due to procedures or parts conditions, no compensation will be provided. If the customer has special requirements, please raise them before the repair.
10. Severability Clause
    If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable to the extent permitted by law and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Language Discrepancy Clause
    In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
