Bike Bag Rental + Packing Service Disclaimer

INVIS CYCLING ("the Company") provides bike bag rental, packing, unpacking, transportation, and related technical support services with reasonable efforts to ensure safety and compliance with airline check-in requirements. However, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following circumstances:

1. Bicycle Damage or Performance Issues
   • Customers acknowledge and agree that bicycles may be damaged during packing, unpacking, transportation, airline check-in, or other handling processes due to external force, collision, pressure changes, or third-party actions (including but not limited to frame scratches, loose components, gear system failure).
   • The Company shall not be responsible for such damage and does not offer any form of compensation.
2. Third-party Actions
   • The Company shall not be liable for any damage or delay caused by airlines, transport companies, ground staff, or other third parties during bicycle handling.
   • Customers are advised to purchase travel or transport insurance for protection.
3. Customer Operation Risk
   • Customers who choose to pack or unpack the bicycle themselves must ensure correct and safe operation. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper handling.
4. Force Majeure
   • In case of natural disasters, traffic accidents, government orders, flight delays, or other force majeure events that prevent service delivery, the Company will assist in rescheduling or refunding but shall not bear further responsibility.
5. Acknowledgement and Acceptance
   • Customers are fully informed of the above disclaimer before using the service and confirm their understanding and acceptance of its terms.
