Bicycle Rental Notice

1. Please check your bicycle
   The renter should check and inspect the bicycle(s) before taking them away from the shop. Once the bicycle leaves the shop, the renter is deemed to have checked the bicycle and confirmed that it is in good working condition.


2. Loss & Damage
   The rental bicycle(s) remain the property of INVIS. The renter agrees to be fully responsible for any loss or damage to the rental bicycle(s). Compensation at market value is required for any loss, theft, or damage to the rental bicycle(s).


3. Restrictions on rental
   Rental bicycle(s) are permitted on paved cycle tracks and roads only. Children aged 11 or under must be accompanied by an adult.


4. No Insurance
   The renter acknowledges that the rental service does not include any insurance coverage.


5. Disclaimer
   INVIS or any related organization shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising out of, caused by, or connected with the service.

By submitting an order, the renter confirms they have read, fully understood, and agreed to all the above terms, and are bound by them.
