• Free shipping for orders over HKD 3,000 (Hong Kong only)
• SF Express (Freight Collect) available for all products in Hong Kong and Macao
• In-store pickup available at our retail location

International Shipping:

• Shipping to other regions is quoted individually based on the order. We will contact you with a shipping estimate after your order is placed.

• Returns and exchanges are subject to approval and must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are not offered, except for pre-order items that cannot be successfully sourced — in such cases, a full refund will be issued.
